Talking about poop, this is the Poopathon.
Day one of the Poopathon, that's all I can say.
We're talking about digestion.
Is it healthy to have a poop that floats?
Is it healthy poop if it sinks?
What's healthy?
How does that work?
We're going to cover all about that, okay?
And I'm glad we're here, you guys.
If you haven't known, I did an Amazon Live today.
I made buffalo wings, basically.
Cauliflower buffalo bites, incredible.
It was amazing.
I made a seven-layer dip.
Check it out.
You know, go to my Amazon Live page.
Link is in the description there.
Link is in the bio. Good to see you guys. Poop is a big deal. It really is. We're live on TikTok
too. We're live on Telegram. Everybody, everybody looks at their poop. Okay. Maybe there's somebody
that doesn't. I'm sure there's somebody that doesn't, but there's a good chance everybody
does. There's a really good chance that everybody, the entire population. So what happens when we go
to bathroom, you know, we're, we're, we're looking behind us. Like, how did it go? Like, what does
it look like? Is it healthy? Is it not healthy? What is healthy? What isn't? Is everything okay?
Right? There's no blood in there. Is there? Is there no weird things in there? Is there no worms
swimming around? Everybody's always looking. And if something looks odd, they look even more and
look even more. So poop's a big deal, right? Dizzy Lou, thanks for getting the book too. Amazing.
So I thought I would clear up some misinformation about poop. And this is day one of the poop-a-thon.
And it's interesting. I can say that. I'm going to start out with this right here.
I got a glass of water in front of me and I have an egg right here.
I'm going to put the egg here in the water and the egg sinks to the bottom.
Eggs are high in fat. Not only are they high in fat, there's air inside the egg.
There's actual air inside an egg.
Okay?
So it's important to know.
There's a little bit of oxygen inside the egg.
And there's a reason for that because you know why that's there.
Because the chicken, if it doesn't break out of the shell in time, it still has to breathe.
And so it gets this little bit of oxygen that's been waiting for it throughout its life, right?
As it's turning into a chicken, a baby chick.
and so it uses that air to break out of the shell, right?
Because it breathes what's left of that air
and now it's just totally freaking out
and has to peck through that shell to get more oxygen, all right?
So anyway, the point is, is that egg is sinking to the bottom.
It's not floating to the top.
And that egg is high in fat.
It is.
It's just a fact.
It has a lot of fat in it, right?
But it's sitting there at the bottom. So people say that fat floats. And that's what happens, that if your stool floats, that means it's undigested fat. What they don't realize is that it's not undigested fat is the reason why the stool is floating.
when someone's really sick and they got pancreatic cancer, they got pancreatic duct problems,
right? They got severe intestinal tract disorders, pancreas and liver problems, okay?
And that person's stool floats because they have these problems. It's floating because they have a
lot of gastritis. That's why. So you can be somebody that's actually dying of pancreatic
cancer and if your stool floats, it's because you have an intestinal tract filled with gas
and that stool is filled with gas. You can have pancreatic cancer, right? And have like a couple
weeks to live. Say someone was told they have two weeks to live with pancreatic cancer and their
stool can sink and sink to the bottom of the toilet. It doesn't determine anything about
floating or sinking. Floating, okay, is a lot of gas in the stool when someone is very sick
in the intestinal tract and gut, and they have a lot of chronic gastritis. It's important to
know this. So let's keep on going into this a little bit. We're talking about is a stool
healthy when it floats or sinks? It's healthier at its healthiest when it's mid-floating to
floating, when your stool is mid floating to floating without severe gastritis, okay, without
pancreatic cancer, without pancreatic problems, when your stool is floating and it's not because
of gas because you don't have streaming gas coming out of your intestinal tract nonstop.
There's people where literally they're a walking fart. They're just farting as they're walking
and they're farting all day long, right?
And if they get to a point where they have so much gas,
there's a chance that eventually a stool could float.
But most every single person on the planet,
their stool sinks to the bottom of the toilet.
You need to know, we have a whole planet of sick people
and their stool sinks to the bottom of the toilet.
It doesn't mean they're really sick
or they're really unhealthy.
It doesn't mean they're not doing something good
for themselves. It doesn't mean they're not doing something right for themselves. It just means
they got work to do because they're not breaking down all the fat in their stool and they're not
breaking down all of the protein in their stool. So their stool is sinking, you guys. Undigested
protein, undigested fat makes the stool sink to the bottom of the toilet and that undigested fat
makes the toilet streak happen in your toilet bowl.
So undigested fat, right,
makes that poop slide a streak of fat
on the toilet down in there in the basin.
See how it works?
If they did a stool sample and looked for fat
and looked for protein,
they would find that every single person
that has a sinking poop
has undigested fat and protein in that stool.
And even with all that undigested fat in their stool,
it's still not floating
because fat in your stool does not float.
That's important to know.
So when people say,
well, it's not what I was taught in school
or nutritional school that,
you know, if the poop floats,
that's not what I was taught, right?
You know, if the poop floats,
and then
so let's go
and I'm going to read comments
right
the poop floats
you're really sick
but that's not how it works
so here we go
let's go
okay
I thought if it floats
there is too much fat
in your diet
alright
let's put some cashews
in here
cashews are high in fat
they're floating
right? Are they floating? Do you see them floating? I see all those cashews floating to the top.
No, you don't. They're not floating. They're sunk to the bottom. See? Okay. Cacao is high in fat.
So let's get some chocolate. So we've got some chocolate right here, right? Cacao is high in
fat right here. Do you see it floating? Look at all that chocolate floating in there. Look,
It's floating to the top because it's high in cacao.
It's fat.
High in fat.
It's floating.
No, wait.
Wait a minute.
That's not floating to the top.
It's at the bottom.
How can that be?
It's at the bottom.
It's sunk like a rock.
So important to know.
Let's go a little bit more, okay?
Here.
Here's chocolate chips.
Look at all these chocolate chips.
Sinking.
Just like your poop at the bottom of the toilet.
Because your poop's sinking at the bottom of the toilet.
because it's undigested fat.
Tons of fat in here.
And what happens is you're not going to get a floating stool.
That's why you can be dying in a hospital,
just like millions of people are a year in hospital,
sick, surgeries, you know,
they're in severe chronic states,
many dying in the hospital,
and their poop is stuck to the bottom of the toilet
making strips and smears in the toilet.
I know, I've talked to nurses throughout the years.
But nurses have seen a lot, a lot, a lot of smear marks in the toilets in the hospitals because the poops are like lead.
Because when the sicker you get, it sinks and it streaks the toilet the sicker you get because you're not breaking down the fat.
It's opposite of what everybody's saying.
Everybody says in the health realm as if they're right about anything because, look, everybody's sick out there.
No one can find answers.
It's amazing how you can be sick for 20 years, not find an answer, but still believe in something that's going around the health road.
Like, if your poop floats, then you're sick.
If it sinks, you're in great shape.
That's funny because people are dying in the hospital every day.
They're sick, they're home dying, and their poop sinks to the bottom.
Amber Holistic Nurse Coach says, nurse here, Amber.
Yep, lots of poop, and AW is so right.
Talked to a lot of nurses over the years.
they've seen a lot of poop and it sinks to the bottom of the toilet. They've seen people that
only have a week to live and their poop sinks to the bottom of the toilet. And what I'm trying to
say is, is the poop really healthy and they're sick and dying, but the poop is really healthy?
Oh, that's a really healthy poop in the toilet there. Uh, what happened to that person? Uh,
well, no, that patient, that patient passed away. I'm sorry to say two weeks ago.
wait a minute, they passed away. They had the healthiest poops I've ever seen. All the poops
sunk to the bottom of the toilet like lead, like bricks. They sunk to the bottom of the toilet
like bricks. What do you mean the patient's gone now? The patient's not here anymore.
So Selena says it makes no sense, right? Exactly. So let's talk about this. Let's do some other
sinkers real quick, okay? We'll do another. Let's do a floater. Let's do a floater, okay?
Let's go there.
Let's take a cucumber slice right here.
There's no fat in that cucumber slice.
Why is it floating?
If everybody's so right about this, where fat floats,
and why is this cucumber floating if fat floats?
There's no fat in this cucumber.
Why is this cucumber floating?
Let's get another one, okay?
There's no over fat in these.
Celery sticks.
Why is the celery floating?
There's no over fat in there, right?
There's no fat in there. Why is it floating?
What?
I just put a banana in there.
So I'm going to put some banana in here, okay?
So I've got some bananas in there.
So I've got two bananas in there.
They're floating to the top.
There's no air in bananas.
It's all sugar. It floats to the top, right?
It's pulp. It's pectin.
It's fiber.
bananas are loaded with fiber, pectin, and pulp. And what you're seeing is fiber, pectin, and pulp
float to the top. You see how it works, you guys? You're seeing pulp, fiber, and pectin float to the
top. You're not seeing fat float to the top. What I'm trying to say is if your digestion is really
sharp and you're breaking down your proteins and your fat, you won't have protein and fat in your
poop. And guess what happens? Your poop comes out clean and it comes out pure fiber, pulp, and pectin.
And when it comes out like that, your poop will mid-float.
And when it mid-floats, you have the healthiest poop because it's mid-floating.
You see how it works?
You're not dying.
You're not sick.
You have a healthier poop because your digestive system is strong as an ox.
Your HDL is starting to build up, break down all your proteins.
Your bio-reserves are breaking down all the fats.
You don't have fat anymore in your poop.
You see how?
So the healthiest poop is the poop that's mid-floating to surfacing and floating.
And the reason why is because that poop has no fat anymore in it and it has no protein anymore because they've been sucked out of it because your gut is so strong.
You see how it works?
So let's go into that a little bit.
Okay?
So I got a digestive tract right here in front of me.
I got a liver and I got a stomach right here.
Okay?
When your bio reserves get so strong, you break down all that fat.
You'll never see it in your poop.
It won't be in your poop.
Okay? So then when it's out of your poop, your poop floats. It doesn't sink. It stays mid to
floating to floating. When your stomach, the HCL gets so strong and it breaks down all that protein
and that protein absorbs and gets utilized, your poop floats because it doesn't have all that dense
protein. So let's go into that. Dense protein, you guys, peanut butter right here, okay?
Peanut butter right here.
Peanut butter.
All right?
I'm going to get these big hunks of peanut butter going on here, okay?
Fatty big hunk of peanut butter right there.
All right?
Okay?
That peanut butter went down like a brick.
Even the little pieces went down like a brick, okay?
I'm going to get some almond butter now.
This is turning into a mess in here.
Right?
Let's get some almond butter.
All right?
I'll drop this down here in the celery one here.
Okay?
Fatty almond butter here.
Almond butter.
Sunk like lead.
When your HCL isn't breaking down proteins and your liver is stagnant, sluggish, and weak like everybody in the world.
Everybody in the world, their livers are just beaten down from pathogens and toxins.
What happens, you guys, is your bile's not breaking down the fats.
And they sink because they're in your poop.
So here's how it works.
Okay?
The poop that sinks still has a lot of fat and protein in it.
so it doesn't get digested because the digestive system is in a weakened state
and the poop sinks to the bottom of the bowl.
And the shit streak is fat.
That's the shit streak in your toilet.
That's actually undigested fat.
It's not going to float to the surface or take a mid-float.
It's going to be undigested fat that makes a streak in your toilet bowl.
And that's what almond butter does.
When someone eats a couple of tablespoons of almond butter or peanut butter and they have it in their oatmeal, you better believe their poop is going to sink like a rock to the bottom of the toilet because they're not going to break down or utilize every bit of that fat that was in the almond butter and it's going to make a streak at the bottom of their toilet.
That's how it works.
So let's keep on going.
We've got some more stuff to show you.
All right?
Let's answer some questions too, which would be fun, you guys.
Okay?
When you mix oil in water, doesn't oil rinse, rise to the surface?
So according to what you're saying, if there's undigested fat in RBM because of poor or weak digestion, shouldn't the poop float up?
Here's how it works.
You can have oil in your food.
Don't you guys have oil in your food?
Why aren't your poops floating?
Why isn't the oil floating up?
Right?
You can have oil on your salmon and have fat in your salmon and oil on your salmon, but your poop will still sink to the bottom because that's what oil and fat does when it gets into all your other stuff that's inside your gut.
It wasn't digested, so it becomes heavy and it falls down to the bottom.
You can eat sticks and sticks of butter and your poop won't float.
You can have four sticks of butter only.
You can do a butter eating diet where you only eat butter.
You eat six sticks of butter a day.
You will poop that butter out.
It will become a solid, pooped out.
It will land at the bottom of the bowl.
It won't surface to the top and float.
That's important to know.
Now, butter floats when you take some butter, right?
Take some butter and you put some butter in here.
No one's eating just butter.
They're not eating just butter, too.
You've got to keep that in mind.
They're having butter on their pancakes, and it doesn't completely digest.
The butter doesn't digest.
It sits in the stool.
There's doctors out there that look for things like that.
They do a real stool analysis, and they find that there's still butter in the stool.
There's butter fat on the stool, but the stool sinks to the bottom, right?
I'm putting butter where the egg was.
I'm doing that now, right?
Doesn't mean peanut butter is bad for your gut.
That's not what I'm saying.
So that's butter, and it's floating.
But you can have that much butter a day.
you can eat that much butter say on your pancakes on your waffles you can put butter on your steak
and it doesn't completely break down and you end up with it in the stool butter won't digest well
it will just get into your stool and you'll poop it out and it won't float it'll stay at the bottom
of the toilet along with the egg you're eating so if you have butter on your egg that meal will
just go down to the bottom of the toilet and it'll sit down there. And if the stool is analyzed,
it will have fat and protein in it from the egg and the butter, both fat and protein and this fat
in the egg. So what people don't realize is that, yeah, you want to eat five, six sticks of butter a
day, it's still going to end up at the bottom of the toilet. The only time someone who's really
sick and it ends up at the top of the toilet is someone with lots of gas, lots of putrefaction,
right? So lots of putrefied gas. So if you're somebody,
if you're somebody that has problems with your liver and problems with your pancreas to such
a degree and problems inside your intestinal tract to such a degree that you get severe
gastritis where literally you've got chronic gastritis where gas is in every single part
of your intestinal tract and you suffer from chronic gastritis, what's going to happen is
you might get a stool that floats.
But you're getting a stool that floats because of gas,
not because of fats.
Whether fats digest or don't digest, whatever.
I mean, when fats don't digest,
they end up at the bottom of the toilet and they sink.
That's what happens when fats don't digest.
So that's important to know right there.
So the reason why almond butter sinks is because, yeah,
Fat and protein, in this form, the way we eat it, will sink in the bottom of our toilet.
Peanut butter, almond butter, right?
Tahini, right?
Chocolate will sink and make a streak.
That's how it works.
Important to know, eggs will make a streak.
That's how it works.
I'm not saying what's right or wrong to eat.
That's not this kind of show.
I'm not trying to teach you guys what's right or wrong to eat today.
That's another show.
You know, Medical Meme Information talks about why eggs are bad or whatever,
why this is bad.
But that's not what this is about.
So Rachel says, ready for the takeaway, right?
Let's talk about the takeaway, right?
If you're eating a diet that's high in fiber, low in fat,
it will give your liver and your stomach a chance to restore.
When your liver and your stomach restores, you break down every bit of that fat so it's not in the stool anymore.
The stronger your gut gets, the stronger your liver gets, the stronger your stomach gets, the less fat and protein will be in your stool.
And your stool will take a mid-flight.
it'll actually float mid in the toilet sometimes to the surface most of the time somewhere in the
middle where it will be half floating see how it works but guess what if you have 275 million sick
people in the u.s alone with symptoms and conditions and gut problems you're just gonna have sinking
stools. You can have somebody that has a lifetime of sinking stools and then they get sick and they
get diagnosed with some disease and then they end up dying and they had sinking stools their whole
life all the way until they died. Why are we sitting there saying that sinking stools are
great? It doesn't make any sense still. You're taught that undigested fat in your gut floats
to the surface, which means your stool will be undigested and float to the surface because
fats are floating, but that's wrong and misinformation. That's misinformation.
When you're taught that your stools float because of undigested fat,
that's misinformation right there. Okay. So what happens is that,
so you see this chocolate right here? I'm going to drop this chocolate. I got something,
I got other things in these.
These are all getting full.
Let me see if I can get a new one.
Hold on here.
Maybe in this cashew one, right?
Let me dump this out and pour some more water.
Oh, there's one right there.
So you see this right here?
That's chocolate right there.
It went right down like a rock.
See these chocolate chips?
There you go.
Right?
A lot of fat neck.
A lot of cow.
Cacao butter.
A lot of cacao butter there.
lots of cacao butter sinking to the bottom like a rock all that cacao butter right there okay
when you don't break down all your fats that cacao butter ends up at the bottom of your toilet
do you know how many people eat a lot of chocolate every single day and they have nothing but a fat
chocolate streak go down down their toilet bowl it's chocolate going right down it's the fat
and it's not floating see what i mean you guys their stool is not floating even though it's
filled with cacao butter, filled with almond butter, filled with chocolate and cacao nibs,
right? Filled with all of it, okay? All of it filled, right? Got some cacao nibs here. What
else can I put in here? All right, let's put some almonds. I want to do something different. We keep
on doing chocolate. So let's drop some almonds in here, right? Got some almonds down there.
their stool is filled with all those almonds, all that almond fat right there.
Okay. It's all down there. Okay. It's sinking down the bottom. That's where it is now. It's
on top of the chocolate and there's the almonds right there. So what people have to understand
is when you have your almond butter, that's fine. If somebody wants to have almond butter,
if you have your chicken, that's fine. But when people don't realize though,
that their sinking stool is a sign their liver and their stomach is not optimum.
It's not.
Their bile is weak.
They're not breaking down the fats.
Their hydrochloric acid is weak.
They're not breaking down the proteins.
And they go through life with a weak digestion.
And their stools sink to the bottom until they leave this planet.
They sink to the bottom when they're in the hospital at the end of their life.
They sink to the bottom throughout their life.
They just sink and sink and sink.
And no one teaches anybody how it works.
It means you've gone through your entire life with a weak digestion, is what it means.
And that's how it happens.
So you have all these gut health doctors.
They seem like experts.
Everybody's talking about microbiome.
Everybody thinks you're a gut health expert.
They don't even know the basics.
They don't know the basics of the digestive tract, HCL.
They don't know the basics of bile and what it really does.
They'll think that, you know, hey, a healthy stool sinks is what they'll think.
So let's go a couple more comments too right here, okay?
Actually, scientifically, poop that floats is due to too much fat, someone says.
Can you explain your logic?
Thank you, right?
Just did.
I explained it earlier. So what happens is undigested fat sits to the bottom of the toilet
and creates a streak at the bottom of the toilet. It doesn't float to the surface.
People need to know, like, that's how it is. But when your digestive system gets so strong
and you break down all the fats and proteins, your stool takes a mid-flight, just like these
bananas right here and just like that right there. Let's get a piece of lemon in here too,
Just like these bananas, okay? Just like that cucumber right there. Just like this lemon slice right here, okay? What you see right there is cucumber floating, lemon floating, bananas floating. That's what your stool does right there when you absorb every bit of that fat.
There's no fats in this.
There's no over fats in this.
And when you absorb every bit of fat out of your food because your liver's sharp and spot on and strong and your HCL is so strong, when you absorb all that fat and pull that out of there and utilize it and get it into the bloodstream, then what's going to come out in your poop is going to be this right here.
You're looking at it.
Straight pulp, pith, and fiber.
And your poop is going to take a mid float to a surface float.
then that's when you've got some sharp digestion, man.
And it's okay if you're not there yet.
It's okay if nobody's there yet.
It's all right.
So what?
Everybody has a lazy liver on this planet right now.
Everybody's liver is under siege right now from pathogens and toxins.
Everybody's liver is being blown out by caffeine and adrenaline.
Everybody's liver is being busted up right now and weakened.
And everybody's getting so much fat in their diet, they're killing their liver.
But nobody knows.
But hey, what are you going to do?
So, to get a healthy liver, as you do something like that, you want to get a healthy liver, do intervals of the 369 cleanse, right? That's how you get a healthy liver. That's how you bring it back.
So someday there's no fat ever. So when you have avocado, you get no fat in your stool. When you eat avocado, when you eat some nuts, you don't see any fat in the stool because your stool now isn't sunk to the bottom of the bowl. It starts to take that mid-flight because you're absorbing every single bit out of that nut, that seed, that avocado.
So you want to get your liver strong, you want to get your gut strong, and you want to do what's right for your gut.
You do something like the mono cleanse for a little while.
You do like a week on the mono cleanse.
You do a week, you do the 369 cleanse, which is nine days.
And you do some cleanses to build up that liver and make it really strong.
So it's really strong, and that HCL is really strong.
When you do that, you break down your food and then your poop won't sink anymore.
It just won't be dead weight with undigested fat and protein, right?
So I got some more questions here.
Someone said, same here, agree.
And I'm working with a functional medicine doctor at the moment.
We've done stool samples, urine samples, and my stool showed indigested fats.
so I am too working towards healing the gut and getting it to sink.
Okay, now that's where it's backwards, right?
That person there has a lot of gas.
See?
So there's undigested fats in everybody's poop every day,
but they all sink.
Here's a person that the stool was floating
and the functional medicine doctor thought it was because
they had an undigested fat problem in their stool.
but they didn't because the doctor probably had just as much fat in their stool. The difference
is, and his stool's sinking, and the difference is, is this person that left this comment has a
lot of gas and a lot of gastritis. When you have problems where you have a lot of gas and gastritis,
it will fill the stool and take it to the top. There's a reason why that person's unhealthy
these stools floating to the top, but they just don't notice. This is why people don't have a
chance to get better. Here you are working with a functional medicine doctor thinking you're
getting sane advice, but they don't even understand. That functional medicine doctor
doesn't know that every single person on the planet has undigested fat and protein in their
stool and their stools are sunk to the bottom of the toilet. So you walk out of there with
misinformation. Still, listen to your doctor. It's good. It's important. I tell everybody to
Listen to the doctor.
So someone said, funny, I read the opposite thing.
Fats float.
So if your poop floats, you are not digesting fats.
This is so ridiculous.
Because everybody's filled up with nut butters and peanut butter and tahini and almond butter and avocado and steak and cheese and everything else.
And their poops are sunk to the bottom of the toilet for the rest of their life until they get some kind of disease.
And they're sick and they die and they leave this planet.
And their whole life, their poop sunk to the bottom of the toilet.
and all that fat was on the bottom of the toilet,
leaving streaks on the bottom of the toilet.
But this is what happens.
People just, you can't rely on the system these days
and what they teach.
We know that.
That's why people walk around with no answers
and they're sick.
And that's never been so true,
more true than today.
So let's talk about olives for a second, right?
Olives will sing too.
So let's get another glass over here.
Got some olives right here.
Okay? So, right?
Olives sink. Once you get the air pocket out of the...
This is a pitted olive. See? Pitted olive sinks.
But if your olive... See all the air that can go in there? It's a pitted olive.
So if you drop the olive this way, there's an air bubble right inside the olive.
And the air bubble leaves the olive and then the olive falls to the bottom.
right? There's a lot of fat in olives, just so you know. A lot of fat in olives.
See right there? Each olive I'm dropping down, right? I'm dropping it purposely to try to get
an air bubble so that I'm hoping it would float it, but it won't even float it because there's
that much fat in an olive. There's so much fat inside an olive, they just sink. See how it works?
Just like our poop sink with all this undigested olive oil.
Olives, olive oil.
When someone says, hey, isn't oil supposed to float to the top?
I am dropping olives in this glass of water and the olive oil is not pulling the olive to the top.
It's saturated in olive oil.
How come they're sitting at the bottom?
See?
You eat olives.
You eat olive oil.
You eat anything like that.
Nuts.
You eat chicken.
All of it.
your poop goes to the bottom of the toilet and that's what it does. And in the hospital,
when people are laying in their hospital beds and they're eating their chicken and they're having
their butter pancakes in the morning and they're having their, you know, whatever they want to eat
there, or somebody brings them a guacamole and they're sick in the hospital and they go,
I got to go poo now. And they go in the bathroom and they poo or they poo in a bed pan and, you
know, whatever it is, right? And that poo goes into a toilet and it just sinks to the bottom of the
toilet and boom, it's stuck down there and there's a streak of all that undigested fat.
All the undigested fat from the chicken, all the undigested fat from steak, undigested fat from
avocado, undigested fat from nut butters, from chocolate. Hey, I'll have a chocolate bar now.
It's all down there.
It goes to the bottom.
That's how it works.
This isn't about poop fear.
You can be a healthy person and still have a sinking poop, but you need work.
So you can still be a healthy person and still have a poop that sinks, but you need to work.
You need to work on this right here.
You see this?
Right?
Maybe do the 369 cleanse.
Maybe do the mono cleanse.
Maybe do the morning cleanse.
Loving Healing says, I worked with a functional medicine coach for a year after stool test and my symptoms only got worse.
Now healing on medical medium protocols.
I can't tell you if I had, my God, if I had a grain of sand.
If I had a grain of sand for every time I heard someone going to a lot of different, working with a lot of different gut doctors and everything else.
And they had to get, they got worse and they had to get to MM Info to get better.
I would, I would have a beach.
I would have a beach.
Life's a beef.
I mean, it's crazy.
I mean, how that works.
I can't tell you how many times over the years I've heard that.
So I was working with my doctor, my functional medicine doctor, working with my microbiome, my gut.
Got worse.
It gave me all this bad stuff to take.
I scratched my gut up, ripped it up to shreds.
People don't even realize.
So let's read some comments right here.
So, I was taught in nursing school that if your BM floats, then you have a problem and you need to see a doctor.
Well, here's what happens.
You get taught that in nursing school, then you work as a nurse.
And then as you're a nurse in a hospital, right, you see everybody who's sick and dying have a sinking stool.
I don't even know what to say.
So yeah, if your poop sinks to the bottom of the toilet,
it doesn't mean you need to see a doctor.
It just means we have to get your liver stronger.
We've got to get everything stronger.
We've got to get your HCL stronger.
We've got to get your stomach glands stronger.
We have to get your digestion sharp as a tack, man.
You get your digestion sharp as a tack, right?
You do a 3-6-9 cleanse.
You do the mono cleanse for a week or a month.
You do, I mean, for three days.
Do the mono cleanse for three days.
And you do it a little bit at a time.
And you get your digestive system back and you get it strong.
Right?
Poop floating doesn't necessarily mean you're dying or have a problem either.
You could just have some gastritis.
There's a healthy poop float that's different.
It's not gastritis.
It means you're absorbing every fat and every single protein in your food to the point where you don't have any more fat or protein in any of your food.
And your stool mid floats.
Sometimes a little higher.
Sometimes to the top.
Just like this right here.
Just like these bananas.
That lemon and that celery.
Well, celery too over here.
It's like the celery.
Almond butter is at the bottom.
In everybody's toilet.
See?
Almond butter is at the bottom.
Celery is at the top.
And when everybody's eating all these fats and they're not digesting, it sits at the bottom of the toilet, streaks the toilet.
If you remove the fats from your diet, the overt fats, and you have a lot of bananas and celery, potato and vegetables and leafy greens,
after a while, you'll clean up your gut, strengthen up your liver, strengthen up your HCL in your stomach, and your poops will start to mid-float.
and you're cleaning everything up, man.
And then when you dump in the fat again
and you have the chocolate
and you have all the other stuff
and you have the chocolate,
you have the cashews,
you have the almond butter,
you have the peanut butter,
whatever it is,
you absorb every single bit of it
and your poop will still mid-float
because you're taking it all in.
I'm also an RN.
Was not taught that if it floats,
yeah, if it floats, see a doctor.
It's misinformation.
Okay? That's how it works. So let's see if I can... Here's somebody that says, I'm a floater most of the time. If I drink alcohol, I notice it sinks. I limit wine to social occasions. That's interesting.
Okay? So what happens is, right? So if you drink wine, you burn down your liver. Your liver can't break anything down, right? And your poop sinks. That's somebody with a really strong liver.
See this person right here?
I'm a floater most of the time.
If I drink alcohol, I notice it sinks.
That's somebody with a really strong liver.
And yeah, they're drinking alcohol, right?
They're abusing their liver.
They're drinking alcohol.
But they have such a strong liver, and it's breaking down all their fats, that they're a floater most of the time.
But here's what happens when they drink alcohol.
The bile gets weak.
And all of a sudden, you can't digest fat.
you can't break down fats anymore. And guess what? Her poop sinks.
You guys sign up to my newsletter because I'm doing these exclusive video clips.
I'm going to be doing a lot of them. And they're short clips that are packed with information that
I'm not doing anywhere else. I'm not doing them here. I'm not doing them on Rumble. I'm not doing
them anywhere. I'm not doing them on YouTube. I'm not doing them on TikTok, but I'm doing them on
my newsletter. So what happens is when you get my newsletter, you'll see these little informative
clips that are really powerful. Sign up to it. Link is in the profile. Link is in the bio, right?
Here's someone saying this, okay? This is absolutely false. Fat floats. Fat in stool
indicates malabsorption, usually from decreased bioproduction or secretion, which usually points
to a gallbladder issue. There's so many things wrong with the statement. I can't even count them.
So the person says fat in the stool indicates malabsorption, right?
Fat's in everybody's stool, everybody's stool, especially the sinkers.
Any stool that sinks, okay?
Any stool that sinks, right?
See the bananas, right?
And the lemon, the celery, see the cucumber all floating?
So this person says fat in the stool indicates malabsorption.
Well, that means the whole world is malabsorption.
Exactly.
The whole world is malabsorption.
So everybody's stool is loaded with fat, so they all have malabsorption.
Then the person says, usually from decreased bile production or secretion.
Yes, but the poop sinks when this happens.
So this is somebody that just has it backwards.
Yeah, it's endless.
Ha ha, oh my God, my poop was like submarines when my gallbladder was taken out.
That's so backwards.
I am Renato.
Totally.
Another person says this right here.
So another person says, absolutely backwards to what I was taught at university.
So this person says, I'll just, I'll read exactly what they wrote.
Okay.
I won't fix anything.
Meaning like any kind of grammar.
Absolutely backwards to what I was teached at university.
School of nutrition and dietetic.
The fat float, dot dot dot.
So if the poop float, comma, it means it was bad absorbed the fat, dot dot dot.
Which is a reflection of a liver problem.
Oh my god, how everybody can be so happy because of obtaining wrong information, dot dot dot.
that person should go back to university.
First of all, I never went to college.
So I never went to a university, right?
Spirit had me working on fixing people.
That's what I was doing.
So, and if you read my book,
Medical Media, book one,
you'll see what my life was like,
my childhood was like.
You'll see what I did in my childhood.
You'll see all the,
whatever the things that are in here, right?
So I didn't go to university.
This person went to a university.
I recommend this person goes back to that university and sues them.
I think this person should sue that university for giving them a really crappy education.
That's what I think this person should do.
This person needs a refund from that university.
So that $50,000 needs to go back to this person.
All right.
Let's go. So I'm showing you the banana, right? You guys, banana floats, lemon floats,
cucumber floats, celery floats, right? Olives, which is olive oil sinks, almond butter sinks,
chocolate sinks, okay? All of this sinks, right? An egg sinks. Yes, a piece of butter will float,
but everybody eats butter every day it still is in their stool because it's undigested most of it
and it's pooped in the toilet and it sinks because your piece of butter will sink when it goes through
your intestinal tract i talked about that and why all right so i'm just showing you how it goes here
and how it rolls cashews will sink right so let's go into just another couple of questions and
should be good. Maybe one more question if we can find one.
Eating fat makes BMs float. Fat floats. Look at fat people in a pool. Remember when I brought
that one up earlier? I had to say it again. First of all, that just shows you right now how people
don't understand how things are, right? And I talked about that question with somebody else.
First of all, everybody can drown in a pool. They can drown in the ocean. They can drown in a river. They can drown.
That's stereotypical wrong and misinformation.
That's how it works because I was talking to a doctor recently and I told the doctor what someone said right here.
The doctor said, they hear this all the time. They hear this in medical school.
That an overweight person will float, but that's not accurate.
And a doctor friend was telling me that's not accurate.
It's not accurate at all.
And so when they talk about it in medical school, that's how much misinformation goes around.
And that's why this person even got the misinformation because it's out there everywhere, right?
So if someone overweight doesn't float because they're overweight, it's all the same.
We don't know how to swim.
We're going to drown, bottom line.
So I want to go into avocado for a minute too. Really quick, right? So it comes down to avocado.
Right? So I got avocado right here. People need to understand avocado, it's sugar in there.
And avocado is not all fat. It's part fat, part sugar, pulp fiber. So there's a lot of pulp. There's
a lot of fiber in here. That's what's in avocado. So avocado will float, but it will float like a
piece of fruit does because it's high in fiber. It is. It's still high in fiber. You'll see it.
There's fruit pulp and fruit fiber in here. There's little veins in avocado. All these little veins
are fibrous veins, right? So avocado floats. It floats because it's sugar, pulp, and fiber
with a little bit of fat, right?
So that's what that is.
When you eat avocado, though,
the fat in avocado, if it doesn't break down or digest,
it ends up as a streak in the toilet as well,
and it sinks to the bottom.
People can have a guacamole, not digest at all.
I've known people that have really weak digestions.
They eat guacamole,
and they see the guacamole in the toilet,
and it sinks to the bottom.
And they can actually see the avocado
at the bottom of the toilet,
it and it streaks it. When your digestion is weak, you can't even break down the fat in avocado.
That's how it works, right? So anyway, you guys, this has all been fun. I wanted to give you like
a round of poop talk. We're going to do more as we go on through this month. We're going to cover
more of this. Check out my Amazon live I did today. I did the buffalo, basically the buffalo
chicken wings that were made out of cauliflower, buffalo bites. They were incredible. Check it out.
I did a seven-layer dip.
Great game day food.
You know what I mean?
If you're into the game or into celebrating or into making food or whatever's going on.
So check it out on Amazon Live.
Link is in the description.
Sign up to my newsletter so you know where I am and what I'm doing, right?
All of it.
And you guys, I got lots of healthier options too for like game day and all that.
Like healthy food that you can eat or make for others.
But if you're on the monoclens, that's a different story.
So if you're doing the Medical Media Monoclens, doing the 369, I recommend staying with those foods that you find in the book.
Anyway, you guys, can't wait to talk to you again.
I'm excited.
We're going to have more fun on IG coming up.
And the food you made looked amazing, Lemon Balm Love said.
Incredible.
What a great show.
Miss Celia, thank you.
